How does NewLines work?

NewLines is super easy to use. After registering your account, tap the "LINES" tab anytime to see what sales opportunities are available. If you're interested in talking with the client company offering an opportunity, just tap "Thumbs Up!". If an opportunity is not in your wheelhouse, tap "Thumbs Down" and we won't show you that opportunity again. That's all there is to it!

Is your Rep Profile up-to-date?

Your Rep Profile is required to communicate your interest in a product line opportunity to the company offering that opportunity. To check the status of your Profile, tap the SETTINGS tab. If you see, “Rep Profile: OK!”, you’re all set. If not, no worries, setting it up is quick and easy. Just tap “Start PROFILE WIZARD” and answer the simple questions that appear. When you’re done, expect a quick call from the NewLines team to confirm your info and get your profile ready for action. If you need help, tap the email icon in the upper right corner and shoot us a note, or just call 610-356-1067 and we’ll set you up in just a few minutes. Don’t worry - your Rep Profile is confidential, and will never be shared with anyone without your authorization.

If I say “Thumbs Up” to a potential line, am I under any obligation to take on that line?

No, not at all. “Thumbs Up” only means you’re willing to take the manufacturer’s call and discuss the opportunity. Beyond that, no obligation at all.

What happens if I am not the primary contact for manufacturers in my Rep organization?

To be considered as a candidate for a product line opportunity, the primary contact in your Rep organization must tap "Thumbs Up" for that opportunity. If you are not the primary contact and you say "Thumbs Up" to an opportunity, you will not be contacted by the manufacturer. Instead, NewLines will learn from your feedback and send you more related opportunities in the future. Primary contact or not, your responses are very important!

Does NewLines work with iOS and Android devices?

Yes! The NewLines app is available for iOS and Android devices. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for "newlines".

Can I use NewLines on all my devices?

Yes! You may access your account on a new or additional iPhone or iPad by using the Restore Account function under the SETTINGS tab. For Android, just enter your Email address and password under the SETTINGS tab.

I just upgraded to a new device. How do I access my NewLines account?

For iOS, download the NewLines app from the App Store and use the Restore Account function under the SETTINGS tab. For Android, download from the Google Play Store and just enter the Email Address and password associated with your NewLines account and all should be well. If you need assistance, Email us or give us a call. We'll take care of you.

How does NewLines locate so many new product line opportunities?

Privacy Policy

Your email address and phone number are used to establish your NewLines account and to restore your account if you replace your device or add an additional device. In addition, a Rep Profile is required if you wish to be considered as a candidate for new product lines from participating medical product manufacturers. Your Rep Profile normally includes your business contact information and other details about your business that you feel will aid in presenting your organization to the manufacturer. You may edit the information in your profile at any time.

Your information will never be shared with a manufacturer without your specific authorization, and it will never be shared with anyone else for any reason.
